The Artistic Stampers Challenge for July TAGS

Hi All

I was recently invited to join The Artistic Stamper Creative Team, I am honoured to be joining such a creative group of ladies and the first piece I had added is for Julys challenge, you have a whole month to join in and the topic is Tags. The possibilities are endless, here is how I created my tag.

On a white piece of card stock I blended three different colours of distress ink, I then stamped over the top using orange, and various brown shades with background stamps

On a separate piece of kraft card I stamped out some script using black archival ink, which I glued to the back of my tag after I had run it through my die cutting machine with two of Tim Holtzs mixed media dies.

I die cut some flowers, inked them and glued them together using beads for the middles, I also stamped out the pocket watch which I heat embossed and added a clear gloss to the clock face. 

To finish off I just added some metal pieces from my stash, and went around the edges with black ink. I hope to see your entries over on the creative teams blog
