Recycled Cardboard Art

 Hello Everyone

This is my Inspiration piece for The Artistic Stampers monthly challenge. This month is ANYTHING GOES. So please take a look at mine and my team mates pieces. We hope they leave you inspired and please join in both on the blog and the FB page

I started by using gel medium to glue matchsticks together,
that my naughty Daddy had left behind after his last visit.

Then after coating the matches with Gesso, I painted over the top with Caribbean Sea Fresco Finish pant adding the smallest amount of French Roast Fresco Finish in two of the corners. I then stamped some dots  using Professor Plum Fresco Finish paint.

I then stamped the large light bulb on top, hanging the stamp over the edges
so I did not get a full image. I also applied more Professor Plum around the edges .

I then glued it on top of a piece of cardbard that I had distressed, brayered Gesso over and stamped more lightbulbs on, to line up with the ones on the matchsticks.

Thank you for reading
Gemma
