Altered bottle for skull bottle topper

I made a dress around an old bottle for a skull bottle top I received at Christmas. For the bottom of the dress, I scrapped Pink and white acrylic paint onto a piece of stiff white fabric using a palette knife. Over the top, I stamped three different background stamps from The Artistic Stamper using black Archival Ink and white and orange paint. 


Once it way dry I cut out lots and lots of individual hearts and glued them around the bottle with gel medium. Making sure to over lap them slightly so the bottle did not show through. For the top, I wrapped a matching length of ribbon around the top section of the bottle and tied it in a bow.
